Constructing on top of existing buildings increases the demand for façade design and assessment to accommodate new with existing. Buildings need to be assessed to prepare the façade design criteria and technical performance specification.
To increase the buildings energy efficiency, a thermal bridge assessment at roof extension interfaces was developed together with a façade access and maintenance strategy report.
During the build phase Henriksen Studio issuing risk assessments to ensure the build is on track and compliant with building regulation, Building Act Gateway 2.
