The primary objective was to ensure that the stringent quality standards were met to transform this landmark building into 56,700 sq. m of luxury residential, retail and hotel spaces located within walking distance of Hyde Park and Notting Hill in Central London.
Designed by Foster + Partners, The Whiteley is epic in scale and proportion, with retained and restored Grade II-listed features providing the context for 139 world-class, modern residences; 20 new shops and restaurants; a cinema; a large-scale gym; and London’s flagship Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms and social wellness club.
